In year 6 this week we have been thinking about our well-being. We have done some work with an holistic therapist all about gratitude and we practiced some meditation techniques. We have been taking care of ourselves and learning how we can do that. We thought about our thoughts and feelings. We created some art, we thought about things we would like to keep hold of and things we want to let go of that would make us feel happy and feel good about ourselves. On Friday afternoon, we had the chance to do something that makes us happy.
