To celebrate world maths day, we completed lots of fun maths activities based on the Minion film. The activities included place value games, multiplying and dividing by 10, problem-solving and multiplications. We even got to watch the film afterwards and we had such a fun time!
It has also been World Book Week. We have read 'The Lost Words' poem book by Robert MacFarlane and Jackie Morris. We were inspired to create some of our own poetry too! We also did lots of book activities such as; story mood board, designed a book front cover and made a book review. We even got to come into school in our pyjamas. We got all comfy and snuggled up with our class book 'Street Child' and enjoy some hot chocolate while reading yum!
WOW what a busy week!
What a fun week!
