This week has been science week and in year 3 we have been learning about light! We investigated the importance of light and how it helps us to be able to see things. We felt items in a bag and tried to think what they would be as we could not see them in the dark. When opened in the light we could see the objects clearly and what colours they were.

We realise how important the light is and what light sources we have when it is night time. We then explored electrical circuits to make the bulbs work. The children enjoyed investigating how to make the circuits work and solved the problems when the light didn't come on.
